These terms govern your use of Revscale Media (revscalemedia.com), including our website, newsletters, articles, and any services we offer. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.
Who we are
Revscale Media, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with editorial offices in Atlanta, Georgia. Publication details, including our ISSN and editorial staff, are listed on the masthead.
Your account
Some features — primarily newsletters and saved articles — are available without an account. When we introduce paid subscriptions or member accounts, additional terms will apply and you will be asked to agree to them separately.
Our newsletters are opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every issue. Unsubscribing from one newsletter does not unsubscribe you from others you've requested.
Our content
Articles, newsletters, and other content published by Revscale Media are copyrighted by Revscale Media, LLC except where credited otherwise. You may:
- Read and share links to our articles on any platform.
- Quote brief passages with attribution and a link to the original piece.
- Print a single copy for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce whole articles, embed our content inside a paywalled product, or use it to train machine-learning models without a licensing agreement. For licensing, contact press@revscalemedia.com.
Your content
If you send us a tip, a letter, or a submission, you represent that you have the right to share it, that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not bound by an obligation (contractual or otherwise) that would prevent you from sharing it.
We treat tips confidentially, consistent with our ethics policy. If we publish material you sent us, we will credit it appropriately or — at your request — keep your identity confidential.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site in ways that degrade performance for other readers. Don't attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours. Don't submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
Accuracy and liability
We work hard to be accurate. We correct errors when we find them (see our editorial standards). Our reporting is nonetheless journalistic, not investment, legal, tax, or operational advice for your specific situation. Use it as one input among many.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
